那天，zls 在班上讲到“纸上谈兵”，似乎有一些小瓜对这个成语还不太了解。希望看了这个卡通后，你们会更加明白它的意思。



纸上谈兵
zhǐ shàng tán bīng
【英文翻译】All talk but nothing done
【词语解释】在纸面上谈论打仗。比喻空谈不能成为现实。
For example, when u are doing group work and the leader only knows how to say what's to be done, but there's no actual action taken in doing the work, we can say that the leader 只是纸上谈兵。
